I met Tyler at the OTH/Sunkist tour on March 11th 2006.It was the best day ever,we got to see Tyler preform and then meet him. (we also got to meet James Lafferty and Hilarie Burton) He is so hot!!!!Ilove him so much,he's a total sweetheart.It's definitly better seeing him from like a foot away.He is just so gorgous.He has the cutest smile in the world.I just love Tyler so much, it was so awsome to meet him i'll never forget it.

After a few attempts to see Tyler and talking on the phone with him, the first time I met him was on September 16, 2004 at the Point. I was outside with my friend and Curtis took us inside for Tyler's sound check. We were the only ones in there...other then Bob and Curtis. After his soundcheck he came over and said, "Hi i'm Tyler" and shook my hand... which i thought was nice of him since I obviously knew who he was. I'v been to many shows since then and still that was one of my two favorite shows. Every time i hear certain older songs it makes me think of that show!

Well, I met Tyler on March 11, 2006. I was the blogger at the Maryland Tour so I got to hang out with him Jaco and some of the cast for a little bit. And let me tell you, I love Tyler. I mean, he's my favorite singer, but meeting him in person was like the icing on top of the cake. He greated me and my friend Lauren very warmly, and gave us big hearty handshakes. Let me tell you -- he has like the nicest handshake ever. We chatted for a bit and it was amazing, I was really nervous though. We had an intersting conversation. I'm not sure if he'll remember, but I sure do it was pretty embarassing:
So I hand Tyler my shirt from hte NY stop of the Sunkist Tour to show him cause it says "Ty Hi You are Picture Perfect" Me: So, I have a question. We (me and lauren) don't call you tyler, or tyler hilton, we call you TyHi (we made up that nickname). Does anyone else call you that? Tyler: Hmmm... no i dont think so. Lauren: We're originals! Tyler: Yeah.. Ty Hi.. I DIG THAT, Me: YEAH THATS DIGALICIOUS!! Tyler (looks up from shirt): Yeah.... I'm hungry. I'm going to go try one of those wraps.
So yeah, I don't know what possessed me to do it, but I made up the word "Digalicious" and totally freaked tyler out. He didn't know how to respond lol. Oh well, he might not remember but I sure do. SO basiaclly, that day was awesome. I got to like stand and admire his beauty for like 5 hours. It was amazing. I'm starting to sound stalkerish, but Tyler is just so darn beautious. And really nice. Let's not forget down to Earth! He was just fun to chat with. That day was awesome. Oh yeah, one last thing. While we were back stage I told him he should play "The Letter Song" and "Kiss On Me" because those are my two favorites... AND HE PLAYED THEM FOR ME! He doesn't normally play those on the OTH tours but he did just for me :) :) ! It was awesome I flipped out! So yeah. At the end of the day me and my friend Lauren got his autographs, tons of pictures, and then we each got what I like to refer to as a "nice long lingering" hug from Tyler. He rocks and I love him! Tyler's voice is just amazing and his personality is "digalicious" as well! THAT WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! (p.s. soryr if my thoughts are scattered everywhere lol)

I went to my first tyler show on 12-1-05, and really liked him. sadly, he couldnt stick around after because he had to go into the studio the next morning to record 'missing you'.
Well the night before the Lestat's show on Jan. 28, my friends and i tuned in to Tyler on 93.3, a San Diego radio station. We decided to call the station, not really expecting anything of it. However, after a few failed attempts, a girl answered the phone and said "Hi, this is 93.3!" Then i asked if we could make a shout out. (I didn't know what else to say) She said "Yeah, sure." In the background we heard her say "Tyler, can you hand me a pen?" We heard the name Tyler and freaked out. Then she asked us if we would like to talk to him. And of course we all said yes! So Tyler came on and we starting talking to him about how we were going to his show the next night. We must have sounded as excited as we were, because Tyler said to us "You guys sound like you're having a pretty damn good time, wherever you are!" Then i started rambling about how it took us forever to get the station, since we don't live in San Diego. So then tyler was like..."Wait, What?" haha. I just said never mind, and we started talking more about the show. It was really exciting, because it was my first time talking to Tyler.
So then I was at the show the next night and my friends and i were waiting in line really early. (we were the first people there) So we saw tyler come into the room and got to watch and listen to his soundcheck through the glass door. After he was done, he came close to the door and was talking to his dad. Then, all of the sudden, we see Tyler on his knees, pressed up against the door, smiling. Then he tried to open the mailbox slot in the door and with the help of us, got it open. Then he said, "It smells like lotion and perfume over here." Then he started sniffing. Ha ha. We talked to him for a little bit, but unfortunately, the mail slot shut and he had to leave. Then, after the show we got stuff signed and gave him the shirt that we made him. My friend's mom said we had to leave so we said bye and as we drove by we screamed "we love you tyler" out the window of the car. He looked up and smiled and was like "yeahh!!". My friend's mom noticed that there werent too many people still there, so she turned around and we got to get out and get some pictures.
At the OTH tour stop in LA, my friends and i got there really early in the morning. My friend and i decided to go looking around the Grove and check everything out. We thought it would be cool to go kinda behind the stage, so we did and i could have sworn i saw jaco drive by and into the parking structure. My friend didnt believe me, so we went back to our other friends. One of my other friends wanted to try and find jaco so then we went off, but instead of finding jaco we found TYLER! it was kinda awkward because there weren't any other fans there or anything and my friend and i just kinda walked up and were standing there (it was also our first time seeing the mohawk in real life) so we went up to him and said hi and took a few pictures when my friends cell phone went off. and it just so happens that she had "someone's calling for you" by tyler. He looked down at her and we all started laughing. he even started dancing a little, it was so cute. but it was one of our friends saying that we needed to come back because the line was moving. So we went back and ran into jaco! we said hi and gave him the birthday card that we made him. the show was great, but it was crowded and these other people kept trying to get in front of me. Afterwards, we got to go meet the cast and get stuff signed. while we were waiting in line, we got a picture with jaco and bob came over and said hi and said that he recognized us. we got to where tyler was sitting and gave him a gift that we brought him (He absolutely loved it!) i had him sign the indie cd instead of the oth soundtrack because he was only allowed to sign one thing. when we went through the line and were getting our wristbands cut off, though, this lady told us to go through again. we were so confused, but she wanted the camera men to get it on camera so we got to go through again :) tyler was like, 'back again?' this time i had him sign my oth soundtrack and he put a #2 next to it because it was my second time going through. it was funny because all the cast members would look up and see us again and be like, 'what?' so then they just pretended to sign our stuff again and add little extra things (hilarie started drawing a bunch of curly hair around her picure) and we were all just trying not to laugh. That's it!

I met Tyler first on 7/1/05 and I talked to him about chad and sophia's wedding! I was the last person to talk to him while he was wrapping it up on stage and he called Chad Michael Murrya adn I got to talk to him adn I got his email so we can keep in touch!

I went to the Music for Miracles Concert at the Washington Park Playhouse in Albany, NY and bought his CD at the FYE tent so i could get a bracelet to meet him. When I got up to wear he was he shook my hand and smiled and said "Hi! I'm Tyler Hilton but you probably already knew that! So what's your name?" I told him my name was Brittany and he was like "That's awesome! That's my sister's name!" He was so nice!

I met tyler hilton twice when he was in new orleans...the first time is when he rode in a parade during mardi gras the drive stopped the float so we could talk then when he was down here for the one tree hill tour me and my friends met him and bryan greenberg bryan met up with us after and came out with us it was incredible

I met him but I couldn't get a picture with him becasue the people at the venue said no. When I walked up to Tyler I was like i've been here since noon can I please get a picture? He was like yeah sure could you stay afterwards? I was like yeah. He smiled and said great. Than when I was walking towards the door to wait for my firend I was going to go back in and the guard was like sweetheart you can't stay afterwards I was mad I looked at Tyler he he mouthed sorry! he is soo sweet!

I met Tyler on Jan 9, March 7 and June 23. Out of the three Tyler Hilton shows I went to this recent one is by far my most favorite, even though I looked like crap baked in the sun for over 15 hours! Ahahahaha but it?s well worth it. Tyler loved our signs!! He said we had the most rad signs! w00t! And he called us the ?rambunctious group?!! My most remembered moment would be before the show, where he was doing his sound check. He was walking back and I held out the sign that said ?Can we touch your hair?? At first I thought he was just taking a step closer to read the poster, but he kept walking closer! He smiled and pointed to the poster; suddenly he bent over! At first in my head I was like ?Huh?? and he looked up at me and bowed his head back down. And I was like ?OH!!!? So I stuck my hand in that head full of hair! It was freakiously soft! It was simply amazing! LoL and all the girls around me started to scream! And asked if they could touch my hand! Ahahaha what a wonderful time?!

I met tyler on 5/30/05. i was planning on going to the show in Chattanooga, TN. On the THMB, there was someone from the radio station posting that there would be a meet and greet with 5 people and each person could bring 1 person. He said that the radio station had already chosen all 5 people, and i was REALLY bummed! i private messaged him asking if there was any space if i could go and, the same day, i got 1 back saying that someone coudnt make it, and that i could go.i was SO excited! so, we live in atl and we found out the meet and greet was at 10:30, so we left at lke, 8...and we got on the street it was supposed to be on, and were driving up and down the street- we couldnt find it! so, i loked at the time and it was 10:27... my mom pulled into a place for me to go and ask for directions, and at the door i looked in a saw tyler!!!!!! so, robbie (the radio station guy) opened the door for me and i went into the room. a few mintues later tyler came in at it was SO fun! we got autographs, took pictures, and he sang a few songs for us. then, on the way to parking for the show, my mom was driving and she sudenly stopped. guess who was running in the middle of the street! thats right- tyler! it was SO funny! anyway, thats my WONDERFUL experiance!

I met him just yesterday on 5/30/05. My friends and I were going to go to his concert downtown. We didn't know what time, so we showed up an hour and a half after it had started, so of course we missed the whole thing. We were totally bummed. So we decided to kill some time and just drive around to find something to do. We were at a red light when all of a sudden my friend started screaming, "oh my gosh, there's Tyler Hilton. It's him look at his hair!" He was just walking on the sidewalk in the middle of downtown Chattanooga. We all jump out of the car and we sort of stalked him across the street cause we were so scared. We didn't know how to get his attention. He knew we were following him too. He went into a restaurant, so we follow him inside and get up enough courage to ask if we can get our picture taken with him. He was really nice and was just like sure guys. He asked us our names and shook our hand, and he told me, "hey courtney, I'm Tyler." It was great. We all talked for a little while, got our pictures, and he invited us to go to an amusement park where he was going to be later that day to sign autographs. Of course I wanted to go, but I had a date. My friends went and bought his cd and called me when they got to that park. Later I found out that he asked them to ride the bumper cars with him and they got his autograph.I was soooooooo jealeous. They didn't get me one like they promised, but hey, I'm not totally bummed. My pictures turned out great and I'm going to his concert next month. How many people get to say,"hey I met Tyler Hilton today."(oh yeah, then later i saw the guitar player for nevertheless, haha)

I met him first at the Lawrence OTH show (my first TYLER show) at the pre-show meet and greet becuase of a Tracker flyer promotion that I had signed up for (thanks Taylor) - when he found out that Denise, Denise, Becca and I were all Trackers he gave me a hi-five and then was like whoa how many Trackers and said Right on and gave me other hi-five, then we got shoooooed out by security and Bob told Denise that we could get pictures after the show. After the show - we stuck around for the after show meet and greet that you had to buy a CD for and I didn't buy a CD so one of the security guys came over all stern like and said you have to leave and we are sitting against the speackers just talking I wasn't even in line for the meet and greet - didn't feel that was fair since I didn't buy a CD - and all I had to do was mention that Bob said I could stay - and whoa did he just say okay put his hand up to shoosh me and walked away - it was pretty sweet - never dropped a name before so it was cool - then we got kicked out and Bob said give us 10min we will be outside - so I am outside with about 5-6 other fans and freezing since I left my coat in my car (2blocks away) and I almost left because I was so cold and I had to be at work in 6hours, then he came out and Abby said "she's freezing can she wear your coat?" and he said (while removing his coat) "she's freezing? you're freezing?" and held it up for me to put on. I could only say "OMG thank you you are such a gentleman!" got my picture towards the end of the group and took off the coat and bolted for my car where it would be warm. My initial reaction was "OMG his coat is still warm from him wearing it AW I'm not cold anymore!" then about 2blocks AFTER I had given it back I relized OMG I just wore is F-in coat! - called my friend who loves TYLER too and said just that to her over the phone while I rushed home to get some sleep. what a delayed reaction! But that was my first encounter with Tyler - such a cool guy - yay

I met Tyler on Feb.18, 2005. He was at my local mall (Christiana Mall in Delaware). I didnt even know he was gonna be there until my friend Lindsey called me and asked if I was able to go. I had been sick for the past week so I was really looking forward to this. We rushed to get to the mall planning our route to get to the FYE store the fastest as we were driving down the interstate. Once that car stopped, the doors flung open and we literally ran to the store. We could hear the music of Tyler playing as we were getting closer, so we sped up. We got there, out of breath we watched Tyler sing a couple of songs and then got in line with our CD's in our hands, only to hear from Tyler that alllll of copies of the album were sold out. We stood in line for quite sometime but when the moment came oh it was wonderful. I made sure I didn?t cough all over him. That would have sucked if I did. He was soo nice and soo cute! I shook his hand in delight, handed him my CD and my friend?s CD and just stood there, as I drooled (not literally). He asked for my name, I made sure I didn?t forget it and then he asked who the other album went to and I said ?Stephanie, she couldn?t make it.? Tyler said in his awsome voice ?Oh, well maybe next time?. I replied ?Yeah?? He handed me back the signed CD?s and just smiled at me. I SWEAR TO GOD, he looked at me in that face that says ?Why hello beautiful?? IM NOT LIEING. Hahaha I smiled back at him and said in this sweet voice ?Thank you!? Tyler says ?no problem, honey? and he winked at me! That right there pushed me over the edge. Iol I wish I could go back in time and do it all over again. Well, that?s my story of when I met the cutie himself Tyler Hilton.

Hi! I met Tyler at a Mardi Gras Parade. I am senior at Archbishop Blenk High School, in Gretna Louisiana. It was the Alladin parade, I believe. He signed by senior sash. and we talked for a little while. He prolly doesn't remember me cuz there were a MILLION screaming girls trying to get his autograph and all that. So yeah that is my encounter with Tyler Hilton.

Hmmm. Well it pretty much all started about five years ago (July 2000) when my parents heard from a friend that a young man would be playing at a coffee house up in Big Bear,california. We were going to be in the area anyway, so we thought we'd check it out. ...when I first saw Tyler, I loved his music and how anyone could relate to it. He had a FULL mouth of braces and rubber bands, and yet he still sang awesome! Ok, so now let's move on. I've been to about 70 shows, and still I get weak in the knees and flushed when he talks to me. Yea, I know I should get over the whole "star struck" thing, but honestly with this guy, YA CAN'T! You just melt in his presence, and there's something about him that's star quality. I've pretty much experienced it all, broken strings, forgotten words, and sound problems, but through it all, Tyler pulls it off so calmly and uses his humor to get him through it. I really haven't been to a show since decemebr becuase since the album got released...tyler is practically impossible to find..hes allll over tv..magazines..radio ect...soo...i really can't make it to everything now. I've been to Tyler's plays at his school when he was a senior..i've been on cbs 2 news for the guy!! lol..Tyler is truly one of the most talented people i've ever met..or even seen...he has sooo much going for him..even in the beginning..i knew he wouold make it...well thats pretty much it...there is my "tyler story" as you might put it...oh and uh..i sort of have a tradition at all the shows..i always give tyler a rose when hes on stage or before the show....lol...kinda cheeesy..but ya can't break tradition..soo yeah...my tyler experieneces go on and on....LOVE YOU TYLER!!!

Last month my best friend and I heard that the cast of One Tree Hill was going to be at FYE in Manhattan for the release of the OTH soundtrack & DVD. Obviously we were gunna go. So we stood on line for like ever waiting to go in and meet the cast. But before we met them Tyler Hilton performed and it was amazinggg. We were right in the front of the crowd so we had like a perfect view. He sang 'When It Comes', 'The Letter Song', a song he sang at the OTH audition and perhaps another song but i dont really remember. Then after the mini concert we got to actually meet the cast. OMG they're all like amazingly gorgeous and like the nicest people everrr. And Tyler Hilton is soo sexyy in personn!! We got their autographs and stuff and I have like loads of pictures! It was such an amazing experience.

I met Tyler Hilton in Concord, NH he sang at the capital grill!! He was awesome we took pictures and since i knew some people i got to stay till the end..i got a guitar pic...a signed OTH pic(with him drawn in) and a signed cd! i also talked to his dad who is VERY nice!!! I also got to talk to him and ask him some stuff he was awesome!! it was the best night of my life!!

A local radio station here in Charlotte NC Kiss 95.1 was doing a HO HO show with Gavin Degraw and Tyler Hilton tonight 12/8/04. Well Tyler was the sweetheart even though apparently he's not a people person like me can walked outside to hang out with everyone standing in the long line for over an hour. He took pictures with all the prisses who threw themselves at him and signed autographs. He is a total sweetheart and really down to earth and answered random questions my friend had. Like "does your hand hurt from signing autographs" and he said "no i have really strong hands" okay random hun. But he did an awesome performance, just him up on that stage with his guitar and interacted with the audience a lot telling stories behind the songs. Gavin Degraw who USUALLY puts on an amazing show, his amps were to high, girls were shreeking over him and all he has is a voice and a body..he's ugly..and he really wouldn't talk to the crowd. I'd def go see Tyler again, he's a great person, even though he plays a meany on my favorite show.
CALLIE: My older sister took me and my other sister to see her friend's band play at Gypsy Tea Room in Dallas,Texas.We listened to a couple of songs,not knowing who he was.After the show we asked him if we could get a picture with him and also a for his autograph on his single he gave us. He was really nice and we have been fans ever since.

The first time I met Tyler was at his Bitterend show in Ny on October 16, 2004 and god when I saw him walk in I totally froze. Anyway my dad got him to come over to our table to say hi and he asked my dad which one was his daughter and pointed to me. He bent down to shake my hand and I couldn't even move I just stuck my hand out and couldn't even look at him. But he is gorgeous in person. After the show I got pics and autographs with him and he is such a sweetheart ; he made me feel so comfortable. When signing my poster he said this is going to look really cool with this silver sharpy. I was like uh huh. I was mesmerized by him. I met him a second time at The Bitterend again on November 11th, 2004 and this time I was fine. Not nervous at all and even got to talk to him before he went on to perform and luckily he remembered me from the first show!! After the show I got another pic taken with him and got some autographs for my friends and he said I need a silver sharpy does anyone have one? I handed one to him and he said " yeah it's the silver sharpy girl again awesome"!!!! I'll always remember those two times meeting him and I hope I get to see him perform again in the future. Back in the day (ok it wasn't that long ago) Tyler and I went to high school together. He was a year behind me I think, and we had many chances to chill. In fact, I was the prompter when he was Danny in Grease, which means I got to help him figure out how to kiss Sandy and make it look real, which was just hillarious. And, we're kind of on a cd together... he sang "One by One" at the Class of 2000 grad (my grad) and I was with a small group that sang as well, so we stuck both songs on a cd and let the grads have at it. This guy is amazing, and I'm so happy to see his dreams coming true!
