"Stars Go Blue" for one lucky Sweet 16 birthday girl

What does an adoring daddy give the Little Princess Who Has Everything on the occasion of her Sweet 16th birthday?
Well, if you're Harrah?s honcho Gary Loveman you send for the teenthrob of daughter Christine's dreams - ex-"One Tree Hill" hunk Tyler Hilton!
"I love playing private gigs, they are way more fun than regular shows," said Hilton, who jetted from La-La to the Charles Hotel in Cambridge last weekend for the birthday bash.
"I?ve done about five or six in the past year, but this one was easy," he told the Track. "Christine was a big fan and only had one request - 'When the Stars Go Blue' from the 'One Tree Hill' soundtrack. But it's a duet that I usually do with Bethany Joy Lenz. So I told her, "If you sing it with me, I?ll do it." "
So during one of Tyler's two 45-minute sets, the birthday girl hopped on stage and crooned the Ryan Adams cover backed by Hilton and his band.
"Her friends totally, totally dug it," Hilton said. "It was very loose, very casual, just a lot of fun."
But that was all the fun there was to be had for Tyler. Because, unfortunately, he only brought a sport coat and being a Californian and all meant Tyler stayed indoors all weekend!
"Who knew it was going to feel like 25 degrees below zero when I left L.A.?" he complained.
Tyler, 23, who stopped touring six months ago to work on a new CD, said he used the inside time to catch up with his band and spend a lot of time in Noir!
"We ran across the street to IHOP once, but other than that we liked the bar," he joked. "We had a real good time in there."
Hilton, who is not related to celebutante Paris Hilton, said the private party in Cambridge - after a sweep through the Sundance Film Festival - was a nice respite from his hum-drum life of domesticity.
"You know, the re-entry from touring is hard," he said. "I had to learn to load a dishwasher, do grocery shopping, like, change my sheets. And ugh, the shower has fungus!"
In other words, hardly the Hilton!
